OUR FISCAL SPONSEE

THE TRADITIONAL CENTER FOR INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE AND HEALING

The Traditional Center for Indigenous Knowledge and Healing revitalizes and preserves Indigenous culture through Ancestral Knowledge. Our mission is to heal intergenerational trauma caused by colonization by offering culturally grounded, community-centered programs. Guided by the principle of “Seeds Back, Birth Back, Land Back,” we work to restore food and seed sovereignty, reproductive justice, and Indigenous land stewardship—foundations for sustainable, matrilineal, and autonomous communities living in accordance with Natural Law.

Through decades of relationships and organizing, we empower emerging leaders to practice restorative, healing-informed approaches rooted in Traditional Ecological Knowledge. Our work centers five pathways to autonomy: rebuilding kinship, reclaiming food and seed sovereignty, expanding land access, creating economic opportunities, and providing affordable, holistic wellness. By reclaiming our seeds, foodways, bodies, and lands, we plant the seeds of sovereignty for the next generations.
